- Your name, email address, optional phone number, and message when you submit the contact form.
- Necessary technical information such as IP address and request time for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
- Essential CSRF and session cookies used only for security and correct site operation.
At the effective date of this policy, the site does not use advertising cookies or advertising tracking systems.
How information is used
Information is used only to respond to messages, evaluate project enquiries, operate and secure the service, prevent abuse, and perform technical maintenance.
Encrypted backups and Google Drive
Operational backups are encrypted before leaving the server. The Google Drive connection uses only the limited drive.file permission so the application can manage files it creates itself; it does not request access to unrelated personal files already stored in Drive. Access tokens are stored on the server with restricted permissions.
Sharing and retention
Information is not sold or rented. Infrastructure providers such as hosting, email, and encrypted backup services may process data only as needed to provide those services. Messages and backups are retained only while reasonably needed for communication, security, and the operational backup cycle.
Security
Safeguards include HTTPS, access controls, input validation, CAPTCHA, request throttling, encrypted backups, and security updates. No internet service can guarantee absolute security despite these measures.
Your requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information submitted through the contact form by emailing the address above. Identity verification may be required to prevent deletion of another person's information.

If information-handling practices change, this page and its effective date will be updated.
